Instant Cast or Infinite Humming is pretty much the only way besides, Phen Card, Bloody Butterfly Card, or Orlean's Gown. Morpheus Set will also provide uninterruptable cast while also taking up Armor, Garment, and both Accessory Slots.

Nope,can't sac for more than 10 lvls and it also applies to mercs from scrolls. A lvl 99 merch can't sac a lvl 80 char.

Summon Aqua Level: 1 Spirit Control Level: 2
Cast Sacrifice on the Caster; although, the Spirit is incredibly weak and will die extremely fast its good for eating a Guillotine Fist. Other than that I would never recommend it actually be attempted to be used as a Sacrifice slave.
