I have no idea where I heard this, but I heard the damage is split between players so the more players inside the AoE range the less damage it will do to each individual player similar to Earthquake.
I don't know how that's relevant to the discussion we're having ;o Oda's saying that iRO team doesn't know the formulas of Kagerou/Oboro skills (indirectly) and therefore they've made a decision to disable a skill because they think it's bugged. I provided him with a comprehensive list of skill formulas made by Rytech on irowiki forums. That thread contains the most accurate and reliable information compared to random "testings" done by people on WarpPortal forums.

It would be nice to have the class working properly before its release but oh well
tradition has priority over common sense, and it's tradition to release buggy content.

This. We're going to need a LOT of resets for K/O to see what's good and what isn't. We barely had any cards or equipment to test stuff with in Sakray for whatever reason.Could there possibly be free stat/skill resets?

This please. Many built ninjas based on false rumors of stat formulas changing for the class, so I think it would only be fair to allow stat resets. D:>

It isn't worth it and it's not nice. It takes far too long to do for such little EXP. (350m exp for over 8+ hours is very small, pretty much any other TI will give far more without monopolizing all of your time)

We're going to be putting in the last blast of UGC tokens with maintenance tonight.Are the rest of the UGC tokens gonna be sent out? I still have a couple more I need given to me.
