what? You don't get locked out for 8 minutes when you get DC'd. There are DC/login issues going on right now that GMs are working on fixing; if it took you 8 minutes to log back in, that's why.

The specific error message says it is an 8 minute delay

Didn't it give this message even like a week or so before renewal?
I assume it's actually enforced now? Pretty ridic if it is.

Yeah we were getting that error before but were able to log back in within a minute. I didn't egg timer it or anything last night but I was locked out for at least 4-5 minutes, possibly longer. I had time to watch TV and post on this forum etc.

That's because there were connection issues last night preventing people from logging back in.
