Is there any real reason to make a Kagerou?
It seems as if the abilities unique to Kagerou are extremely limited. Oboro excel at dealing magic damage and buffing both MATK and ATK, so they seem to be more damage focused.
Kagerou seem to be more supportive, besides being able to deal damage (less than Oboro), they can AOE hold/reveal (Shadow Trampling) and disrupt (Empty Shadow).
I'm still not sure, though.
Is the difference between 'offense' and 'utility'? Or is it just that Oboro is flat-out better than Kagerou?

Kagerou has better melee abilities than oboro... and their skills are not reliant on HP/SP being the right number to get the effect you want...

My build is WoE Support. Using Cast Ninja Spell, Shadow Trampling, and the Illusion Death and Shock skills. Works very well.
I am almost as good as a Shadow Chaser when it comes to disabling people.

Hi! I just resetted my build from magic and wondering how should i go about improving my char atm. My char is a 100 oboro with 17 job lvls and her current gear are...
Upper Head: Airship Captain Hat(Honestly seems equal to or flat out better than EMH)
Middle Head: Black Devil Mask
Lower Head: Pirate Dagger
Armor: Tenebris Latitantes(peco peco card)
Main Hand Weap:+9 Kingbird RWC Knife
Off Hand Weap +10 Quad Kingbird Main Gauche
Garment: +9 Fallen Angel Wing EA 4/3/2( Raydric)
Shoes: Final Eden Group Shoes(Just until i can get the slotted variants >.>)
Accessory 1: RWC 2012 Ring HP+200 FS3 INT2(could be better but i dont wanna spend alot on just resets now)
Accessory 2: Chambered RWC Ring 2012 HP+100 FS1 AGI1(Could be better but i dont wanna spend alot on resets atm)
right now i have 469m left over and no clue what else to get to improve my char can anyone guide me?
Edit: Would i need any racial/size main guaches? I was thinking that +40% range dmg would be the best for KE however im not sure about Kunai Splash...people say its melee and not lol

I had good results in PvP using a +7 Glorious Gladius. Since you're filthy rich, try making a +12 one.
For Scarabas, I was doing more damage with a +96% race/element weapon than with a quad As MG.

Hi, I have some question regarding equipments for this build
_ Is a +9 Kingbird RWC knife better than a +10 Quad Kingbird Main Gauche ?
_ What should my FAW enchants be for this build ? Expert Archer or Fighting Spirit ?
_ Currently I have 2 FS3/3 RWC Ring as accessory, obviously only 1 is needed for the bonus ATK on the RWC Knife, I wanna ask if there's any better replacement for 1 of them, for this build ofc.
Thanks alot for reading.

FS- Better for melee
EA- Better for Ranged
most dual dagger users go with Grimtooth with EA enchants and a Quad Kingbird MG in the offhand.... so why not use both daggers you have... use the RWC in main hand and MG in off hand...

Oh, I just want to make sure since I just switched my FAW from full FS to full EA and the dmg of throw Kunai didn't changed much xD.
And yeah I'm using them both, but I'm planning on getting a +12 RWC Knife too, and I kinda don't want to put the +9 one aside, so I asked if it'd make a better off-hand than a Quad Kingbird MG, for this build.
I have a Grimtooth too, though I read in the thread that an overupgraded RWC Knife is better ?

Oh no prb, Just I'm a perfectionist, and this char is my main, so I want to get the best equips for it. If only there's someway we can test it though, the iro char simulator seems unreliable for me, and it still missing lots of thing, sakray is closed, so the only choice I have is ask around on forum.

tq sir
and some body testing shadow slash, with icepick in main hand and paper/aunoe in offhand for boost crit damage?
when i try with calc, 2hydra2sw on offhand give more damage, but when i try with 4paper, it didnt give more damage, so itwas the calc didnt fix, or actually 4 paper didnt give bonus to shadow slash?

Hey guys.
I am currently lvl 87 with 99 str, some into vit, some into dex some into luk.
I have normal eden gear. And I do 2k damage with fire kunais (Throw Kunai) @@ STAPOS.
Is this the way to go or am I doing something wrong? lol

Well if your stats starting to need an absurd amount of points to rank up then it's better to put them in LUK instead. Normally, I'd stop at 100 on important stats, then around 30 LUK since it helps with resistance ,along with 10 ATK/MATK, 9 CRIT, 10 HIT, 10 FLEE and 3 P.Dodge.i don't think you should get some luk. luk is for the left-leftover points imo.

i've tried the calc (just for the stat) and even if you took 90 on STR, AGI, DEX, VIT, i'd say it's better to spend a few more points to INT. i suppose it'll make you more mobile and versatile since you won't have to stop to pure soul a lot.
but really, it's all about preference and how comfort you are with it

I put in LUK to increase ATK (damage) with kunais.
And like you said it's a preference thing. But putting into Int isn't bad either. More SP, more TK spam. I personally love to surf the web while my ninja sits down and recovers. Goes pretty quick with Ninja Mastery 10 <3.
And also I increased my damage now. The latest weapon I got from Eden (Huuma) had less Attack than Eden dagger II. So latest isn't always better. Lesson learned.
And also the first hat from Eden which I enchanted with 2str is better than the new one. So now I do 2.5k to Stapo. Which is sweet lol
