What are good cards/enchants for hunting spear for OB lvling? Also what shiled is best for SS1? New to RG and couldn't find good answers with searching. Thank in advance.

Definitely FS enchant.

Also what shiled is best for SS1?
Shield with the most DEF is best for SS1. I'm able to obtain an extra +100 atk using a Rosa shield.

You can use rosa or cross shield to get the SS1 boost of 130 atk and switch to another shield like a valk shield if you want. But for pvm you probably want several shields so you might as well out the cards in a rosa so you don't have to keep switching.

So I got my HS to +9 and got fs 5/4 on it. Still not sure what card to put in it. Any suggestions?

Leave it blank. The FS5/4 is good enough for now. Placing a card on it might ruin it's value because every RG's build is different. Not every RG uses a HS let a lone a card that they don't need in it.
