is there a way to get out of hiding status after haze slash if your SP is completely depleted?
can't get out of hide without SP (ninja)

Don't think so, other than waiting for it to time out. The kag/obo hide skill might do it

you can get out of hide otherwise by using a hiding clip or using shadow leap...

You can also relog. Shouldn't just stop consuming SP and kick you out if your at 0sp though.
