I just bought the VIP for my account and I still only see Choas and Classic.loki. How do i connect to Ygg and Ydmir?

Ygg,Ymir and Valkyrie were merged into Chaos.

DId they merged the 2 servers because the amount of players is going down or because they wanted to unify the players?

So, as for now, I read a lot on these forums about item prices on ygg vs valkyrie, etc....
does that mean these differences are moot now? The only server I am playing on is chaos...correct?

Merge-Declining population.
Differences-moot.

Much of the impetus behind the merge was the falling population of Ygg and Ymir servers (valk population was fine), particularly after the Classic server opened. Prior to that, the population on Ymir had been declining already, partly because of, and partly the cause of WoE becoming largely dead, which kinda defeats the point of the game for a lot of players. Classic came, and that appealed a lot to many of the old-school players on Ymir (since Ymir required VIP to make characters, there weren't many new players joining there), and that left Ymir as a ghost server. And so all the renewal servers were merged, which makes so much more sense, and is much more fun. My understanding is that the merge has gotten a number of old players back on RO.
