Okay, so on ROSE Online, I bought a name change coupon, and in order to use, I need to make a ticket...
But everytime I attempt to go to the support page on WarpPortal, I get an error page saying;
"We are currently updating our game servers for enhanced game play!"
So really, just wondering, WTF do I do?
Thanks

For some it works if you just go to http://support.warpportal.com

For others the following is needed.

In Internet Explorer do the following

Tools > Internet Options
Security Tab -> Reset all zones to default level
Advanced Tab -> Restore advanced settings

If you are running any plugins on your browser that will act like a popup blocker or antivirus you may need to disable them.

The page you are getting is due to the http:// redirecting to https:// and in turn flagging your browser as if its a possibly hijacked site.

Also make sure your browser is still trying to access http://support.warpportal.com and not just refreshing the error page.

The message comes up because the server is forcing a redirection for the secure server (https). Your antivirus or addons for the browser that try to prevent website redirects or sites with bad intentions. The support site is setup with good intentions but gets blocked by some of these addons or antivirus programs.

So disabling the addons or putting an exception for the support website would fix this for you.
