Is the Snake hat beneficial to a combo monk or does double attack override the combo?

i think its beneficial. it certainly helped me when i was leveling in overlook, i was double attacking for 900+ damage, and trifecta blowing for 1000+ damage, and i was still able to combo off a raging quad blow after my trifecta blow attack. from what i can see, it did not look like double attack overrided trifecta, as both went off pretty frequently.

no, double attack overrides your combo's. meaning your damage output will lower hence you cant get out your trifecta/quadra etc etc.

the trifecta might still proc frequently but its far less.
