I installed the game, pathed it, started it, but when i go to the log in name and put my id and pw it keeps telling me that "Please check ID" so i go to warportals web site log in and it askes me to use my email as user name and i input my pw and i log perfectly fine but when i go back and use my email account and my pw it says the same thing. I tried using my nickname as user name but i keep coming up with the same problem, i also checked it there was a downtime on a maintnance but theres nothing..... at this point im confused.

Thank you for bring this issue up.

The WarpPortal account is the main account used to connect all your game accounts under one account. It is not the game account information. To create an account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into the WarpPortal
2. Click on "Account Management" at the Top
3. Select "Game List" on the left-hand side
4. Scroll down to Dragon Saga
5. Click on "Create an Account"
6. Follow the steps on this page
7. Use this newly created account to log into Dragon Saga

The newly created account will be a sub-account of your WarpPortal account. The WarpPortal account is the master account. The sub-accounts for their respective games, will be the login information for the game.

For example:

I would create a WarpPortal account:

AramisRocks@WarpPortal.com

This ID for this account is the e-mail address.

Then I create an account for Dragon Saga:

DragonSagaIsAwesome

So then...
AramisRocks@WarpPortal.com is my Master Account to access the WarpPortal
and
DragonSagaIsAwesome is the Sub Account used to access Dragon Saga
