For weapons that do not have an upgrade effect, is it really worth to upgrade beyond +9? Even for level 4 weapons, is it really worth wasting hundreds of millions?

Yea with a +12~14 Glorious Bloody Roar it is definitely worth it to go past +9.

Players still +10 it as long as they can afford it. I was about to link you to Viri's Soul Linker on ROPD, but it appears to be hidden. His Soul Linker has +12 Red Pom Band, +12 WoE Robe, +12 Combat Knife, +12 Valkyrja's Shield, +12 Immune Shield, +12 WoE Muffler, & +12 WoE Shoes.

28 attempts to +10 my gbr a year+ ago, 40 hds brads to +12 tho, good luck

Took 1 cert to +10 my Skull Cap and 3 HD Carnium to reach +12. However, i'm 5 certs in on my Turkey and still no +10 >.>
