Tiger Cannon Forced nuetral? tested it out on a gr with converter scroll earth and no hit/dice wondering if its ment to be this way or a bug?

elemental converts should work.. but as TC description says not all damage (Not entirely sure if the info on IW is correct)

iirc TC w/ endow works on some of the damage in the formula but, overall, it's still affected by the neutral reduction from ghost elements, iirc

it doesnt appear to be working on ghostring i.e. no damage registered at all....ironically same with windmill at point blank

I'm guessin this would cause the miss/nohit welp long as it tags GR users, also i need a gr user to test this haha

either u have low hit rate, or the guy has high flee rate, or both. i had tc and windmill miss on some players but still hits within a single try or two
