Greetings,

Are you running anything else when you start up Dragon Saga? If so, try closing those programs first and then run Dragon Saga.

If you continue to experience the same problems, feel free to let us know.

I closed all running programs (like msn, internet, etc.) so that the only program running is gateway. Problem still persists. -_-

If possible, could give me the details about your system, such as the OS and other specifications. Also, can you detail out your process for installation and re-installation?

Thank you,

Aramis

Are you currently trying to save it under Program Files? Try downloading it and installing it outside of the Program Files folder. When using Windows Vista in the past, it appeared as if it did not like certain games within the Program Files folder. Please try this and let me know how it goes.

This did not solve the problem. I uninstalled everything again, restarted computer, redownloaded client, and saved the game outside of Program Files. No luck.

I really want to play..need to fix this before phase 2 at least! >.>

------

So, I just realized that 2 different errors actually pop up (both look like the 2nd picture in my first post). Initially I thought they were the same error (cuz they looked the same) so I didn't think much. However, upon clicking "View problem details" for the second identical pop-up, out of curiosity, I noticed a difference. Here are the 2 errors just for easy comparison:

1st "View problem details" (posted originally up top in 2nd post):

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: Dragonica.exe
Application Version: 0.11.32.0
Application Timestamp: 4ca44177
Fault Module Name: Dragonica.exe

Additional Information 3: fd00
Additional Information 4: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160

2nd "View problem details"

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: Dragonica.exe
Application Version: 0.11.32.0
Application Timestamp: 4ca44177
Fault Module Name: nmcogame.dll
Fault Module Version: 2.5.24.0
Fault Module Timestamp: 4abc516b
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Offset: 000113af
OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.3

Additional Information 3: 1692
Additional Information 4: 64294ec825ecbddf615fa58a14a17434

As you can see, there are differences between the two, as I have bolded. I am not sure if this helps at all, but I thought I'd try to give as much information as possible. Hopefully I will be able to play DS soon .. thanks!

PS (I have never had any issues with any versions of Dragonica before so I am not sure why I have a problem now. Did the system requirement increase significantly or something?)

*Also, I just downloaded Rose Online from Gateway (just to test if the issue lies with Gateway or something) and I was able to run the game just fine. So .. does this mean the problem is due to the system requirement then?
