Why is my account not working?

The WarpPortal account is the main account used to connect all your game accounts under one account. It is not the game account information. To create an account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into the WarpPortal
2. Click on "Account Management" at the Top
3. Select "Game List" on the left-hand side
4. Scroll down to Dragon Saga
5. Click on "Create an Account"
6. Follow the steps on this page
7. Use this newly created account to log into Dragon Saga

The newly created account will be a sub-account of your WarpPortal account. The WarpPortal account is the master account. The sub-accounts for their respective games, will be the login information for the game.

For example:

I would create a WarpPortal account:


This ID for this account is the e-mail address.

Then I create an account for Dragon Saga:


So then...
AramisRocks@WarpPortal.com is my Master Account to access the WarpPortal
DragonSagaIsAwesome is the Sub Account used to access Dragon Saga
