i started the quest got the package gave him the serial number an when i go too the kafra lady too drop the package off she says this is not the right one can i get some help please

You can always go back to the Merchant Job Change area and get another package. Though you probably told the package guy the wrong serial number and/or the wrong place for the package to go

Go back to the job change area. Talk to the guy who starts the quest, and in one of the last windows of the npc dialog, he'll tell you the serial number. You need to scroll down to see it. Then talk to the other npc and get a new box.

In any case though, this becomes irrelevant - as the renewal update being implemented tomorrow removes all first job change quests.
