Anyways I'm trying to install drag and just after opening the file it says" This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package." I am an admin sooooo . . . any suggestions?

It sounds like the problem is that your version of Windows Installer isn't up to date yet. Please follow the following link, then download and apply the appropriate patch for the version of Windows you're using.

After installing this fix to your Windows Installer, then try to install the Dragon Saga Client again. If you continue to experience problems, please let us know and we'll do what we can to help out.

It's not just you, the link isn't a real one. It had a chunk of it's URL cut out before he/she posted it.

If you still need Windows Installer then click Here to download it.
This only applies to Windows XP and Windows Vista, Windows 7 should have the latest version automatically, check your Windows Updates in control panel and see if there are any pending updates for your computer.

yeah I went through all that crap, I'm on 7 64 bit. its not the installer, or at least not that I can tell

Have you completely updated your OS? The Dragon Saga Game Client installer has been signed and verified, so that error normally occurs when the Windows Installer hasn't been properly updated.
