I don't have that power or authority, or even the means to get in contact with them. If enough people say it's an issue that should be addressed, then the iRo GM's should have contact with kRo to make that happen.

I want some GM input on this yo, i don't understand why they are account bound to begin with. To have people actually use the kvm battle grounds for the badges? Maybe they should just not put these damn things in boxes to begin with then.
