As the title. We know Valdez went down, we are contacting HQ as this is not a "glitch" it is happening more often than is remotely reasonable.

We will restore the server shortly to working status.

The exp and drop rate will still be active once servers are up.

Thank you for acknowledging that this is happening more than normal. Hopefully they will fix the issue.

Good on you but will there be a roll back? Because i do not think its fair, not ONE bit that you claimed its been fixed up the first time. We rejoined & enchanted our gears/grinded or whatever we did to deserve any sort of rollbacks. You cant just waste people time every single time this happens & its not like "WE" go back in time as well. Seriously get a permanent fix for that.

I have no clue where to post this but it has a lot to do with the server down or rather, server roll back. After the last server roll back, i lost the full FOC Paonium (lvl65) set together with 3500000 lants. And as the server rerolled back the player i bought the set from lost the FoC Points but kept the lants. So i guess server roll back only made me lose the acquired items. Check the logs or whatever you need just fix this please.

An update and letting you know that we are aware that Valdes went down again recently and it should be back up or on its way back up shortly.

The development team is looking at it and they know what is going on is what I am told. Fingers cross that a fix will be found quickly so all of our weekends can get to some normality. Guess the Korean servers have the same issue, maybe that will push a fix a bit faster! Here's to positive thinking.
