I have the 2x hunterfly carga, a +4 RWH and getting a nidd garm. However despite all of this, the amount of damage i take never seems to be tankable and also my sp runs out extremely fast. I am only job level 10 so therefor still getting skills.

Questions are:
What gentle touch am i suppose to use for leveling at say nogg 2?
and
What gear is recommended I obtain past this for leveling?

You should go Medusa while it's still up for another 24+ hours. I used sky blow and level from 100 to 110 in a few hours.

Use the appropriate reduction card for the map. Nogg has dragons, demons, so use sky petite card or khalitzburg card. Also you can consider platinum shield, hodremlin, or ogretooth card.

Just hunter fly cards won't keep you alive when soloing. Use pots, mastelas, fresh fish. Or use rudolf / witch pumpkin hat + alarm mask and hotkey headgear switch with rwh.

I like gentle touch energy gain for nogg or pvm. With power absorb it's like free sp, or you will always have spheres to do some strategic snapping.

Allright. Here's my tips.
1. Did you have a Raydric Card on garment? If don't, try to get 1, it helps on reducing damage.
2. Get more vit, around 50 is good enough.
3. Keep your GT Energy Gain up. When you have full sphere, use Power Absorb for quick emergency SP. (1 sphere gives 1% sp recovery)
4. If you planning to level at nogg, bring some emergency SP item, Nightmare Terror can drain your SP pretty bad.
5. Rampage Blast gives good burst damage, Use them before mobbing.
6. Windmill can stun mobs around.
7. If there's spotlight, like current one in Comodo, do as what Qani said, since it gives EXP boost. Make sure you have a Medusa carded Shield to avoid Stone Curse status.

Are you Sky Blow build?

spotlight is in comodo,
you need job 19 to get skyblow 5, windmill, gt-energy gain 3 (leave it at lvl 3), and power absorb
if you're really in need of sp i suggest getting gt-energy gain 3 and power absorb first; get windmill afterwards.

i only really used windmill at mid-high levels as a rampage blast build as a starter-finisher (windmill > RB > windmill/earth shaker) when my RB still wasn't consistently 1-shotting the mob i had.
i wouldn't really use windmill while skyblowing unless, you are constantly SBing the mob towards the wall; in open area, windmill will stun some monsters and your SB wont reach them after they get the first hit/knockback until they get unstunned.

btw SBing towards walls is recommended anyways (gather mob > snap next to wall > let mob come close to you near the wall > snap across mob (the mob is now between you and the wall) > spam skyblow); the mob only get's knocked back towards the wall so they are basically trapped and is always within reach of your following SBs.
this way you can even windmill just before you skyblow to stun some monsters and take less damage momentarily. the mobs keep taking hits as you spam SB; you dish out more DPS per SP used.

the SP gain from power absorbing may not be much in the beginning - but it will be significant once you get rising dragon 10, when you can get 15 spheres.

That actually is extremely informative, thank you. But just wondering, does the defense from GT revitalize give a significant redux?

basically im looking for a way to reduce the damage by alot more. I need to get an immune in my Nid garb but other than that, any other good ways to reduce?

GT-revit reduces damage by a fixed amount ( total-VIT/4 x skill-lvl), so having 100 total vit deducts 125 from any incoming damage; +10% mhp is also good, and any kind of reduction is nice while soloing, though it does take a lot of skill points.
btw, revit has a 2 minute cooldown (even longer for lower lvl revit), which made it very inferior compared to before the balance patch (when it had no cooldown at all, and the max hp bonus was higher)

i would recommend sticking with a leveling build all the way to 150/50 (then reset to your final build if you like)
http://irowiki.org/~...n1dAGAkQrBdnIn1
with skyblow 5, get power absorb, windmill, rising dragon 10, rampage 5, then work through revit 5 last to job 50
if you decide to get rid of skyblow sometime, you can get the above skill set at least at job 43 (up to you if you wanna ditch skyblow - it is still a good pvm skill imo, especially if you rampage damage isn't enough to KO your mobs)

more reduc-wise, get some shields and racial -30% shield cards (ex. thara frog, khalitzburg, anubis, etc); elemental armor also helps (ex. pasana, swordfish, dokebi, etc)
just wear the appropriate shield-armor combo for the map you're in. more reducs from 3D glasses, glorious ring, kafra blossom carded accessories, and probably several other more gears.
