It's the Leprechauns who did it. They are way well connected to gold and money and leprechauns love mischief. They are running around stealing items from everyone.. even monsters. About the hawaii part, maybe it's the sunshine and the rainbows...

i just don't get why Crune is the one they stole from.. maybe because in folklore their wealth came from wartimes XD.

Clue 3. The lyrics to 'It's a Man's World' mentions "he's lost in the wilderness". That made me think of Phish's gorilla display picture

Clue 4. 'Phishing' according to wiki is the an attempt to acquire info such as usernames, pw and credit card details (credentials) through misleading sites or wherever..

Clue 6, 7, possibly 5. For all the beach-esque/sand clues, he produced a sunset artwork here, which was located on a beach.

- He "gets around" the game and develops updates. Gravity offices I believe are in Maria Del Ray California where there are also adjacent beaches with sand calling out his location.
