First of all, I hope im allowed to ask questions in this section! If not, im sorry!
Im totally new to ragnarok and I played now for 30 mins and its getting quite hard to understand.
It doesn't feel like its very newbie friendly, it takes the fun a bit. Well let's continue with my questions:
How do I become a Ninja? What exactly do I need, because I couldn't choose this class in the beginning, so I was wondering when I'm going to choose this class.
(Right now im acolyte, trying to get to the Monk and than further on to the champion)
Are there any questions like in typical MMORPGS? Or isn't it even usefull to do quest, or isn't it necessary?
I have zero knowledge about this game, what do you recommend for the start?(Some usual tipps maybe) I'll continue reading some newbie guides and stuff, but didn't find any answers for my questions yet.

Welcome

Yes this is the place to ask what ever you wish to know about the game.
There are several pinned threads here on the forum that should get you started.
Another useful site is irowiki.com, where you can find lots of class information etc. I suggest you to go here and find the class you would like to play. As for ninja job change quest, check out here

Doing quests is an excellent way to level. Leveling quests are located in Eden, you can find more info here and here

Currently, the most newbie friendly class are Rangers. Going from Archer -> Hunter -> Rebirth -> High Archer -> Sniper -> Ranger. They are the best farmers in the game, easy to play and find parties. People usually build a ranger as their first charater as a mean to earn money, and then move on to their desired class. Not that there is anything wrong with maining a ranger tho :P

Questing isn't necessary but some quests give good rewards such as exp and items that can be sold for some zennies. For starters a hunter or swordsman class is more newbie friendly.
