I do Bakonawa one with my Eira's OB. And I'm barely have like 30sec left before the timer ends to kill all 4 plants. :> Forgot to bring that bloodsucker seeds at that time. So that's the only option I have.

LOL. She die after a few waves of meteor storm. The duration of increase ASPD and Flee still remain on the genetics tho even she dies. So I still have the 189 aspd duration.

So, I just Call it, buff OB, and vaporize it. After the left side of the plant finished. I call it again, buff OB again vaporize again. Untill all the plants killed. That's how I do it. :> Expect to bring more blue potions.

I still can't kill Bangungot's Pillar, even with Homon, elesword,CD....with overboost it should be possible....

Bako is cake, just get demonic fire or Ygnus stale if you can find one

Yo Havenn, are the plants you guys are talking about the ones when you are warped to a room? (at 0:37) You kill them with a bloodsucker of 800+ damage (before nerf), They should have less than 1k of HP. can't you just kill them with cc or bombs? o_O

Sorry, I don't get the point. Didn't do these kind of instances before.

And Bangungot doesn't seem to be that hard, what did you mean?

They are plant type - 1 damage per hit.

For bakonawa, they have several hundred HP, and you have 5 minutes to kill 4 of them

For buwaya, they have 20 hp each, and killing them directly is possible.

The final form of bangungot which she kills at 3:00 with bloodsucker is plant and boss type and has 250 hp and you have 60 seconds to kill it, and if you fail, bangungot comes back. I've never had that happen, so I don't know what happens when it does.

Buwa seems to be the easiest one of the 3 lol.

So, I'm guessing the best way to kill bangungot final form and bako plants are otherwise OB+CD+Elemental Sword+Snake Hat. Or same equip+blessing+agi up+berserk+AR scroll+AGI+20 food+AGI+10 food+DEX+20 food+DEX+10 food+Enriched Celermine pot+Guarana Candy and not gearing shield (no weap if no ele sword).. I mean the second way should definitely give you 190+++ ASPD!

Edit: I did some Math and here's what I found out.
If you have 189 aspd (OB) you hit 4 hits per second so, to kill the bangungot final form you have to hit 250 hits and with 189 it would take you 62,5 secs (that's just hitting the mob, buffing and stuffs doesn't count). So you can't kill it with 189.
For Bakonawa plants you have to deal 200 hits on each plant. with 189 it'd be taking you 50 secs to kill each plant (3,3 mins killing all the plants, this doesn't include buffing and stuff)

And if you have 193 aspd you would be dealing 5 hits per second. Agaisn't bangungot final form (250 hp) it would take you 50 secs (doesn't include buff and stuff).
Against Bakon plants you would have to deal 200 hits each plant. It would take you 40 secs to kill each plant (2,6 mins all the plants, doesn't include buffing and stuff).

Use demonic fire on Bako drums, as soon as they catch burning instant 1k+ damage

As azzy said, Bangungot MVP is cake, the pillar is not.....I killed the MVP 6 times trying to break the pillar over and over =[

Buwaya is still easily done with homon/melee

Oh yea, Buwaya plants are the two that come up in the room those are a non-issue.....I'm currently sitting on 3 Genetics with timers up for Bangy, but I can't finish it XD

Wait, but did you use Demonic Fire on the pillar? At lvl 5 it has 24% to get burning state. It should drop dead fast!

Hmm.. I guess the only way to get rid of them atm is high aspd and the equip I wrote above, like CD, elemental sword, snake hat and things like that. Did you use any of that? How many aspd you have?

just tried using, 2x bako tattoo CD,Ele sword, Vani hat wth vani homon 175 aspd and couldn't do bangy =[ tried 3 times then gave up

Are you taking into account in your math that if Eira is attacking too. There'll be double 189 ASPD applies to the plant? o.O ( I point out on your Bangungot instance assumption )

Bloodsucker nerf sucks soooooooooo hard, but I will gladly take the hit for ghost cannon balls. It is now possible to solo every single boss in the game on a genetic, and I am stupid happy about the change. Just need to figure out a new way to cheese their attempt at forcing you to party with plant mechanics.

We did another run today, killing crothein with two people and sieger with three. (Rk/AB/Gen) Will be cutting a video together soon if anyone is interested.

Post the Crothein battle please!! I was struggling to get through him with Gen+AB....only had 20mins and only downed 2.5 pillars =[

Other than that, have been soloing/2manning pleanty of Beez, Gloom,Thana, ESL.........and only have to sacrifice my bangy runs, not toooooo too bad. I'd say worth it as well.

Being able to get past KK's/Beez in ET solo/2man runs is protastic
