i saw an add on Item sling

Mysterious Powder Lowers the max HP of enemy for 15 seconds.

i didn't find it in Bomb Creation description.

and the only way to get Mysterious powder i found is in Mixed Cooking description :

Has a chance to fail, resulting in Mysterious Powder, Black Lump, Black Hard Lump, Very Hard Lump or Black Thing.

my questions :

- How many HP percent ?
- It Already Exists on Iro / Kro / Kro Sakray ?
- How many chance to lower HP Max ?
- How to get Mysterious Powder ? (according nobody 'll want to fail +20 stat foods)

It is available on iRO. As you can see on Ragial, I've vended a few at very high prices. Nobody has bought any.

You get it by a low chance when failing to create items with mix cooking. You get 5-10 at a time. It's the rarest failed cooking result - seems like 5-10% chance to get it on failure.

When intentionally failing foods to make black things, I've gotten like 30 black thing, 62 black lump, 25 black hard lump, 12 very hard lump and 6 mysterious powders.


It's easy enough to make them on sakray, since they have npcs selling food ingredients - go test it there! Failing to create food shouldn't be hard ;-)

is it use on woe? or mvp? pvp?
i read somewhere every one say banana bomb is good to get is it true? is banana bomb always make ppl sit when gethit by them?

It has limited use in PVP/WoE, no use outside it.
