So I'm a pretty patient person but a few weeks ago, I payed to relocate some stats for a character, but nothing has changed. It's been a while now and I've already made a new character... I'm starting to think they aren't going to do it... Am. I eligable for a refund? I still have my email comfirmation for the purchase, and i've bookmarked the recipt page...

Edit: I also would like to add the whole time my character was at 0 weight, not equipment, no cart, no homunculus, not pet, nothing.

Gravity staff is very small compared to other gaming companies so everything gets processed a lot slower. In addition, they don't work on the weekends which makes getting things done even more frustrating for players.

If you want a refund, send in a ticket to have your purchase refunded, but keep in mind it'll probably take just as long to process as your stat reallocation itself so it's up to you whether you want to or not.
