I'm not even sure where you see a one time sale on Ragial. Since it's not even listed on Ragial. It surely isn't worth 99m. I don't even see what good it would be for WoE with an Atk of only 50!!!

If you do have one though you don't have to know the price of it if you want to sell it. You can either take offers or auction it off.

No one has the answer probably because there hasn't been one sold before...

I figured you did. You either got lucky or unlucky depending on how you look at it. I haven't even seen or heard of one before your post. WTF they would make a Vellum with an ATK of only 50 makes no sense at all. Then again were talking about RO here. So many of the Vellum's aren't very good in the first place. At the most maybe about half of them are & that's probably pushing it :xd
