I'm going for combo monk using claws and knuckles so I was wondering how should I go about it plus the appropriate gear. I'm not rich by any means so a few suggestions can't hurt.

originally when i went solo, i had endows on (depends on the monster i'm killing) and a linker on autofolllow (monk spirit = very cheap combo sp costs, aoe raging thrust)
gears were +str,+atk,+agi,+flee (aquarius diadem, pantie-undershirt combo, etc), always have awake pot on; just start absorbing from monsters when your sp bar goes down to 40-50%
note that claws/knuckles have very bad size penalty in general and most are low atk compared to various maces that you can get; the aspd difference isn't much really
for the recent monk i made, i simply stopped adding agi at base 30 since upon reaching lvl 70 for TIs, all i did was either MS tank or snap pull
you can also just stick with eden gear for now and save up for real gears that you will be using as a sura
there's a lot more to it than this but i suggest just using irowiki first for a general look on monk/champ gears and see what setup suits you best
