There is blue text above my characters head and says:

I have no idea what this means. I can only guess that I have to wait til December 31 at 5 o clock. Am I like, banned or something? Please help

Hi, I just got back to RO (in a verrrrrrrry long time) and made a new character. For some reason, I can't play him.
There is blue text above my characters head and says:
12/31 wait until 17:0:5

select char and click cancel in lower left
