1- First, open a image hostage, like tinypic.
2- Upload your picture
3- Copy the link called Direct Link for Layouts, or even URL (on other website, not if you use tinypic). It should look like that : http://i4*.tinypic.com/29**c8w.jpg and nothing else.
4- In the new post, click on the icon of a picture :
5- Past the link of the picture you just uploaded.

You have your picture in your post ^_^.


Warning : As extention, your picture can be a .jpg, a .png, but not an extention of any software like .psd (photoshop) or .pfs (photofiltre).
Don't use [IMG*][/IMG*], cause the forum doesn't deal with that. If you really want to use it, just click on Special BBCode icone, and choose the one you're used to. But, you need to really know how to use that. So if you don't want to bother, just do what I just said.
Most of the hostage website says : "Forum link", but it uses the [IMG*][/IMG*] extention that most of the forum uses. But not this one ^_^

If you want to refram the picture, you can use a simple software, Photofiltre, which is free. Or you can just... Upload the picture from the file C://Program Files/Gravity/Rose Online/capture and take the screen you just made.
