This might be a dumb question and it might have been asked somewhere before but I don't know what keywords to use to find this topic.


So if I have a +9 Heroic backpack, to get the perks from the HBP, resist neutral property, do I need 90 vit? (As in click vit points 89 times)
or
can I have 83 vit (unbuffed) + 7 vit from VIP buffs?? or vit from other cards or equipment enchants?

Same thing with arch angeling card. The card requires 77 luk. Can I have 70 luk + 7 from the VIP buffs?
Can buffs + stats or other equipments + stats help me or do I have to spend my stat points for it to work?

nope. buffs are not taken into counts

Gear/card effects which depend whether you have more or less than a specific amount of a stat only count base stats (the number before the +, so not counting any buffs). Most of the items actually state this (HBP certainly does).
