Distribution is not a big problem for our guild, the larger issue is storage.

For example, we could before mail our supply account 120,000slim potions, then remove those from the mail at anytime to distrubute them to members.

Now we can only store 30,000 on that account and have to use multiple accounts to store the amount of supplies we use.

This is just with potions, not all the other items we use in woe.

well..
why can't simple don't make a max number of the same item? like i put 1 aranked slim so i can put 1 to infinite? that's the faster way

another option is put 1 npc and make the a Bank
system used also in other games like WoW
as guild member you can put item inside the bank, but just the approved member can pick up from it... and you can also record who pick and palce item inside the bank... uh also Zeny ofc...
that's would be a great thing for a guild

This should be added on the classic server. It takes way to much time and effort to make supplies and pass them out.

Stack Item
(500) Mastela Fruit
(500) Condensed White Potion
(100) White Potions
(125) Blue Potions
(300) Strawberries
(50) Poison Bottle
(50) Earth Converters
(50) Fire Converters
(50) Speed Potions
(500) Acids
(500) Grenades
(100) Glistening Coat

Woe 2 stone Box that includes
30 stones,1 Ori, 1 Elu, 5 of each gem.

and Barricades box
30 Trunk, 10 Steel, 10 Emvertarcon, 5 Ori

From what I have seen it kind fo depends, the number of times I have WoEd I have gotten everyhtign from slims to the recent WoE potions. Honestly I would like to see an active text message system in game. Some people you cannot get a hold of offline or via guild means.
It depends exactly what you are trying to compensate for here? If it is a way to help distribute supplies, then there is a lot to consider. You would first need to compile a list of what each adn every guild uses and form a basic chart of what an average player is supplied. Then you could formulate soem type of box for each class.

For example, Say if I were to play Geneticist. the guild leader would hand on a geneticist token/ticket what you wish to call it, this would produce a geneticist woe supply box per se. Inside said box, would be all items that you have compiled from the list. which would end up being something like; xxx acid bottles, XXX grenades, xxx seeds, xxx of potions(slim/white/blue), xxx of speed potions, etc etc etc... .
So instead of handing out a large amount of tokens/ tickets what you will, it would be so many tokens per guild based on what they have.

If you are talking about making it easier for guilds to actually produce items like slim potions and blues etc, then what was suggested above would be fantastic!

In my honest opinoin there should be WoE specific items put into the distribution of items. like xxx number WoE white potions, xxx number of WoE blue potions, and xxx number of WoE violet potions. Which would cover the healing aspect of WoE, guilds could still make slims for other events such as ET and also throw in slims for WoE as well if they wish, how to obtain said box I am not entirely sure. Combining my previous idea, you can take normal woe supplies like grenades and acid bottels and swap them for tokens which would give you a box of certain supplies like listed above.

EDIT: said items could be given via npc in WoE maps or kafra?

Granted this is all i got for now just a few thoughts and opinions.

I would actually love a boxed item that gives class-related items, it would make supplying so much quicker and easier.

can you add woe whites to the list? and woe blues to the list?this makes it so that you can use limited items that were intended to be used for a woe enviroment

Previously, players have used the mail system as extra storage to manage around the 30k item limit. Since the new token system isn't going to be implemented anytime soon and it's coming to the point where people's extra storages are going to be removed, maybe you guys can consider having a Kafra item to unlock an extra storage. In the past seven months since the merge, the sub-storage space has proved to be useful for many purposes. The 600 VIP limit also just isn't enough because equipment and weapons do not stack. I'm pretty sure the Kafra Item will be bought by many players. Taking away the extra storages without implementing a storage system for brewing and supplying will cause this part of WoE to be very stressful.

I really think deleting the extra storages will be a fatal mistake to bring back old players. -_-;; I know a friend that bought some lucky boxes last year, and we had fun opening them to see who got the better stuff... he have them storage in his account. He stopped playing due to real life and I really hope he don't lose all those stuff that he paid real money for.

What are the GM's solution to old players that would come back and find their storages gone? Will they be restorable or just gone forever?

I agree I would pay for additional storages, you should charge it as a VAS service. Just to hold guild supplies it would be invaluable.

if the vas service was 5x faster than the ticket system is now, it would still prob take years till everyone has their extra storages

The items will not disappear. We will still be able to see them and assist with retrieving items in the event of such cases happening.

How did I miss this thread.

If you really want to help WoE Supplies, yes making the potting process easier is a great option. You can drastically cut the time of potting down by doing 3 simple, effortless things:

1) Like Kali said, make special fat whites for potting. Really this is the most ridiculous part about potting. Buying 90,000 fat white pots is like jabbing a pen in your eye.
2) Move all the supply NPCs and a storage in ONE CENTRAL LOCATION. It's silly that I need to go to Payon to buy fat whites (effectively), Aldebaron for medicine bowls, geffen for test tubes, and pront for WSS. At this point, the people potting for rank don't care about the journey any more and it's more of a toilsome process than anything.
3) Yes, fix that stupid medicine bowl NPC. 2k at a time is ZzZ

Those few things will drastically improve the potting process.

Also, the storage issue needs to be addressed. 30k a storage isn't going to cover it come July---especially without the mail system. A while back I suggested either keeping the 3 storages or raising the item cap per storage.

Or, to build off your token idea: You could possibly make the potting process give tokens instead of 200 slims, and then pass out tokens and have an NPC exchange for pots. Ranked potters get coins that transfer in for ranked quality slims, etc. Although that seems to be an extra, unnecessary step to the supplying process. However, it could solve the storage issue to a degree, but I feel there are much better options (just increasing the item cap).
