But if it was CBT i would say the content will be little behind, the max cap will most likely be 50 and in Closed Beta there is always a wipe

It's not worth it to go crazy though, since it'll all be wiped anyway. I plan to aim for 25 or 30 or maybe 35 if I have enough time.
Hopefully the beta is quick so we can go into full launch. I for one can't wait to hear the English voice overs. Fingers crossed that they're good. xD
PS: I'm pretty sure they'll give you a specific time for the 18th when beta is closer, like a day or 2 before. It'll most likely be on PST time (Pacific Time), since the company is based in California.

The SEA version allowed people to get all the way to 50 in CB, and a few people made it that far.

Well, knowing Gravity they're not going to have one dude voice every male character ever like one other well-known company.
I hope there's a great variety and not all the female voices are super squeaky, though. I'd like my character to have a womanly voice.

Apparently they used some pretty famous English Anime voice actors, so that means we'll have some decent voice overs in there as long as they didn't mess up the script.
One game that in my opinion had really good voice acting lately is Continent of the Ninth by Webzen. Apparently the developers from Korea worked hand in hand with Webzen to get some great voice overs. One can only hope they do a good job with RO2 as well. ^^
I swear.. Nexon ruins everything. xD

Ugh tell me about it. That's why I loved AION, they gave you a variety of character voices. Sultry, Youthful, Normal, and Hardcore! ♥ HOORAY VARIETY!

I call Johnny Yong Bosch doing Assassin Cross Eremes. He always gets the cool guy roles.
I'd actually applause if they manage to do that, lol.

They did say that they hired around 15 well knowed actors from the anime/Video game world but they also said that the beta will NOT have english voice overs and they will only be ready for the official lauch.

Yea, same here. I'm really curious as to see who they got to VA.
On another note, is your sig from D. Grayman, or the manhwa Witch Hunter, or is it OC art? The style looks so familiar.

This is exactly what i am thinking. If there isn't a wipe, then what's the point of IGN reservations after launch?

Yea, we're all kind of confused on this point. After all, there was that first 5,000 likes of iRO2 FB that unlocked all IGNs reserved if you make a character. By their own admission, this will be an open beta, which are almost always carried straight into release. It is extremely rare that an OB has a character wipe.

When that happens, I shall chuckle and wait for the 19th to actually play.

I bet the server will crash on the day of the beta.
When that happens, I shall chuckle and wait for the 19th to actually play.
