Maxed out Ankle Snare is only a viable option for PvP builds, not a PvE build. But even if I was PvP-focused, I wouldn't waste 2 extra points on AS, the points are too valuable and useful in other skills.

I also think Wind Walk is way too good to leave out of a DPS build; I'd sacrifice Ranger Main points. (The 3% was never seemed low to me.)

I'm definitely looking forward to testing out Arrow Vulcan on this server as opposed to SEA's with that P.O.S. lag, which made AV seem fairly weak.
