I never would have thought I'd finish it this quickly. I must've caught a lot of yours and someone elses seed. I had 2 of 4 seeds. xD Hopefully my seeding helps some other people get the client. I know there are a lot of people trying to download. ^^

The speed increased a bit, thanks for *Actually!* helping Viney!Welp. Thanks a ton, Toasty. Torrent just finished for me @ 1:37 AM or so. I'm seeding now. Here's a pic of proof showing I'm seeding. It's the bar in uTorrent.

Yep, took me 15 minutes to download all the parts at once with IDM.
Download managers won't fix ISP failure.
So true.

Download managers won't fix ISP failure.
the ftp is limited to 1 connection per download
download managers forces multi connection threads and therfor gives better speed.

Yes but when your ISP limits your bandwith that you pay for and don't get, but can't do anything about because of entrapping internet laws, it makes no difference.

Pay for 6megabyte download
get like 650-800kbps.
dem' entrapping internet laws.
Also, Internet probably better in places like Norway, Denmark, Germany, Japan, etc. Here in America not so much.

Indeed, I am supposed to have an 11mb connection, yet the highest download speed I get is 350kb and thats on a good day. Yes internet in most other places that have high speed is far better than America, granted the traffic might not be as bad but the actual speeds are an average 3-5 times faster at least.

Yeah I should be getting 800/kbs. I about had a panic attack when I saw that 32/kbs from the installer. I literary shut my whole home network down for a reboot/full scan for Malware, viruses, or hackers. I came up clean, so I restarted the installer and was still getting only 32 kbs. Frustrated at this point, I did a network sweep to see if any one was doing updates or doing other downloads. Still I came up empty...... and that brought me here. -.- I blame Gravity for all of life problems....Like for example

Dem' Internet entrapping laws lol. My friend that lives in Amsterdam, has like a god tier connection and pays like the same price as like a 6megabyte plan here. Another that lives in Japan, pays his incredible speed with pocket yen. xD

I've got a couple connections showing up, but Let me double check my uTorrent's settings. I generally don't use uTorrent, but had to install it as my normal torrent client doesnt support creating torrents.
Edit: My uplink speed probably caps out pretty low, but it would help if people could add in to the same torrent as a seeder.
On the other hand, It might be faster to download the installation files striaght from the FTP, as I did from here: ftp.warpportal.com/RagnarokOnline2/Fullclient/
I used Flashget to download each file, got around 600-700 kbps for each file. May not work once more people start doing this, and peak hours probably make a difference as well.
thank you so much for sharing this link! downloading now using this and my connection is now at maxed DL speed... thank you so much

You can either use the community torrent hosted by toasty.
http://toasty.site.n...m/f/RO2.torrent
Or download each file individually from FTP using a download manager.
ftp.warpportal.com - /RagnarokOnline2/Fullclient/
Unfortunately those your only options. D:

Speak for yourself. My internet is fine. I pay for 25mbs & receive about 30mbs most of the time. DL speeds can get upwards of 6mbs & upload can get 2mbs, depending on the source. And I can usually DL multiple files at the higher speeds.
It's not the country, it's the ISP you choose.
