Speak for yourself. My internet is fine. I pay for 25mbs & receive about 30mbs most of the time. DL speeds can get upwards of 6mbs & upload can get 2mbs, depending on the source. And I can usually DL multiple files at the higher speeds.
It's not the country, it's the ISP you choose.
Well good for you Jesus. lol.
And well not all of us are gifted, and have 100's or 1,000's of ISPs to choose from. And I can't move to a bigger area, because I have a job, and a life. So I have to deal with the few that are available to me. It's still a known fact that just about all ISPs still don't give you the speed you are paying them your money for each month.

oh awesome, lol 2 people seeding, 1 no 2 oh sweet 3 no it back down to 2. roflYou can either use the community torrent hosted by toasty.
http://toasty.site.n...m/f/RO2.torrent
Or download each file individually from FTP using a download manager.
ftp.warpportal.com - /RagnarokOnline2/Fullclient/
Unfortunately those your only options. D:
I'm going to leave both the torrent up and the client from the site up and have a race. >
LOL, Don't worry I'll let it seed for a few days when I'm done or as long as the torrents up.

I understand. Just don't generalize & blame it on being in the United States. I don't live in any of the major metropolitan cites that have the best internet, yet I am able to get decent, not the best, internet service.

This is unpacked. I didnt bother with any compression, but as an after thought, it probably would have been wise.
Yeah :/ I'm not entirely sure how torrent networks work, all that well, but it looks like all of my bandwidth is going to one peer, and everyone else is leeching off of others with unfinished downloads. The more seeders, the better. A Torrent of this client would have been handy 3 nights ago, but alas.
The .cab files, which hold the majority of the data, should already be compressed.
Thanks so much for sharing the client via BitTorrent!

Undoubtedly. Wait till it gets within 3-4 hours of the server going live. People will be crucifying Gravity/Warpoint after they realize they won't have the client DL/installed in time for when the server opens up.
~Fun times.

Now that I think about it, I pretty sure I am more excited to read the hate mail then actually playing the game.Undoubtedly. Wait till it gets within 3-4 hours of the server going live. Dude! How the crap? What torrent manager are you using?Unfortunately my Internet crapped out while I was downloading, so I've gone to the torrent now. Clocking in at about 800 kb/s, so that's cool. Thank you so much for the torrent! \(T∇T)/

I'm about half way through & my DL speeds have fluctuated between 25-800kbs the whole time. She just started, so it is reasonable that she will have higher speeds now than most of the people that started earlier.Dude! How the crap? What torrent manager are you using?

I'm currently using a download manager to grab the client via the FTP links. After I'm done downloading if I wanted to help seed the torrent, what would I need to do?
Put all of the files inside a folder named "RO2", open the BitTorrent metafile with a BitTorrent client such as µTorrent, and then choose to save the files (referenced by the metafile) in the parent folder of the RO2 folder. For example, if you created the RO2 folder on your desktop, then you would choose to save the files to your desktop, not to the RO2 folder itself.
If you're not using µTorrent, then I'd also recommend that you make a backup of the files before attempting to share them because some BitTorrent clients make a mess of things when you try to use them to only seed something.
