There is no EU solo release.. Warpportal has rights to NA, EU and Oceanic (and others without their own version). That announcement picture you saw about RO2 for EU was just re-stating that the Warpportal version is coming soon. Once again.. It's just mentioning your EU involvement in the Warpportal version and that you will be able to play here, and it will launch around the time the picture mentioned, possibly.

Every EU person thinks they are getting their own version, but sadly for them they aren't.. lol.. Warpportal has already said that the picture being shown was just to reinforce that EU is a part of the Warpportal version here.

there will be an euRO version but not before the end if this year, maybe even next year. until then iRO will be the official version for eu players. when euRO starts players CAN transfer their accounts but will be allowed to stay on iRO.

edit: on topic: this file is not part of the kRO or seaRO folder so chances are pretty high that it's not a game file but they really plan to integrate it into steam.

Obviously they plan to integrate it into Steam. It's only a matter of time when, and for who. I know of some games that were international, but only released a EU steam client download. I'm guessing we'll eventually get onto Steam Greenlight and will have to wait for acceptance into it.

No better time to integrate it into steam than on or near its launch.
Put it on steam early - and ACTUALLY ADVERTISE IT - unlike nexon with dfo.
You will see results.

Maybe someone on staff that uses Steam and put it in their game list and accidentally put it in when they made the download package for us
