Because less people are downloading the foreign one all at once, I imagine.

Yeah it's a pretty frustrating thing, but it'll work itself out eventually. Right now there's just massive amounts of people trying to get it all at once, and it's clogged up. :c

I'm wondering if going through all this will be worth a beta testing. I played the SEA version and it wasn't that enjoyable with all the choppy stuffs.

Everyone use either the Torrent or MEGA downloader versions.
The main game client is slow as Jesus hell.

Actually, the SEA server had a lot more people downloading it at once than this. But the client was released WAY before hand. So there wasn't such an issue of time compression. *_*

A majority of game companies like to take the first month or so of a games release and push their servers to the extreme as a test / money saver as the biggest rush of people reach out to grab the game the servers are stress tested live. They then look at the numbers and decide "should we make our server standard this or actually upgrade it" Because no company wants to fork over tons of money for a super server structure and by the end of the month have only a fraction of their servers used because they "went too big" and can't really downgrade.

So hang on to your underwear, get creative and find other ways of getting it, and just enjoy the ride. b(^^)

Of course there is no need to set up new servers just for the first day download, but did they never thought about an official torrent?
