Are they adding to the same value or strictly STR=Physical Parry and INT=Magical Parry? Also like in regular RO, are crits 100% hit ignoring normal dodge (not perfect dodge if this even exists here)?

Do you mean Parry from INT and STR is the same stat or for magical and physical respectively? Or is this towards Crit=100% Hit regardless of dodge rate?i know for monks its like that cant say for other classes

Pretty sure crits don't ignore dodge.
Acolytes can get forced-crit charges on a couple of skills, but the charges aren't used if you miss.

Monk is STR/INT/ AGI OR VIT for your extra points.. I think a stable build for Monk is 40/40/8 Str/Int/agi or vit Monks get Spiritual cadence in which they gain atk power for every point in Int. This is all based on SeaRo2 of course
Keep in mind that Monk is also one of the few classes that gets a free reset when you job change at 25. Because once you turn monk, you cant use any Aco skills....AT ALL!

Str gives block for melee classes and Int gives block for magic classes, the only acception is monk who gets damage and block from both.
