And well i was wondering what's the next step cause im a little bit lost >_<

Click the installer exe and follow the instructions.

Run RagnarokOnline2-Installer.msi.

Edit: Don't run RagnarokOnline2-Installer-0.0.0.1-20130417.exe, believe me that's definitely not want you'll want to do (unless you're some kind of masochist)!

Really? Did you run the installer Warpportal initially supplied?

i believe one was "installer" the other was "setup", which installer was the thingy that helps you to download the whole thing again

Yes... That's what I experienced when I ran the 'long one'...

I'm not sure if that'd happen were you to initially change the download path of the setup application to the folder where you installed the components via MEGA.
