Browse to your RO2 folder. The first subdirectory in the list should be "BGM_F". The files are all already MP3, so you won't need any special software to listen.

I'm actually really liking the music. If you're wanting to kill some time while we wait for the game launch, here's a good way.

I always view this as a good sign. One of the ways you can tell a studio has a good commitment to their game is when they put some effort into putting in a good score. Some of these tracks were done by Yoko Kanno, who has done a lot of well-known work scoring various anime productions.
