When i'm downloading RO2. my PC restart by itself and i guess the media3.cab is not completely downloaded. then i run the installer again and it checked the files and an error prompt in media3.cab when i press the "Retry" Button nothing happens. and when i Press "Ignore" button the downloads continue in Media4.cab, Is that possible to replace only the media3.cab and download it alone? thanks in advance.
Problem in Downloading..... Please Help.

Not really sure how to help you, but search on the forum, other users had hosted the client (for example i've seen some that has hosted it on mega)

Yes, delete the Media3.cab from your temp TempWP folder. To access it
First make invisble folders visible, then go to:
User>AppData>Local>Temp>TempWP (or something close to that name)
delete your media3.cab thing and download the media3.cab separately.
After you're done, place your media3 into the tempwp folder and you're good to go. Your installer will extract your files for you.
