I know that you get to save your name when you reach lvl 10, But my question is what if I reach lvl 10 for a character and at then deleted said character would it still save the name of the deleted character?

Participation : Your highest level character, over level 10, will have their name saved upon launch. Only you will be able to register that name for the first 60 days after launch. If you do not register the name, it becomes available after the 60 days.

It says over level 10, but does that include hitting level 10 itself?

If you only made 1 character during the beta test, then you have to level that character to 10 in order to reserve that character's name.

If you made multiple characters during the beta test, then the highest level character past level 10 will have its name reserved. If only 1 of your characters made it to level 10, then that character's name is reserved.
