Hi, can I ask if this is still going on?

It doesn't seem to work for me. It's still the 21st right? Sale is supposed to end on the 22nd.

I noticed that too, so I just checked a different account for RO1 and it IS getting the conversion bonus, whereas my RO2 account is not. I don't know if that is intentional or if it was an oversight when they set up the shop for RO2 Beta, it would be nice to take advantage of that promotion though.

... Well, that just turned me off from buying anything. n_n;; Thanks for the heads up, I guess. It'd be best to submit a ticket, and they might fix it. But dang. I was hoping to take advantage of the bonus, haha.

Well it worked for me yesterday when i tested it out with a $15 dollar purchase, but now it won't work when I try a higher price lol.

I bought 20k WP , and I transferred it to RO2 Cash I ended up getting 24.5k.

4.5k extra ( 45 free dollars )

Looking back at my previous transaction on 4/20, I see the promotion was not applied either. I submitted a ticket. Wonder what will happen.

Also, OneLastDance, 4.5k is only 22% extra, not 35% that is advertised.

It suddenly makes sense why it's been 2 days and my payment hasn't been processed yet. They're probably stalling so I don't get the bonus T_T

I sent in a ticket as well. I completely forgot about this event, and I only got 25%, when I'm supposed to get 40%. Maybe the event is only for RO 1? That would suck.
