True! No ruwach, no sight, not even a good wide range AoE to force people out of hide! Makes me wonder if there will be skill limits that exist only in WoE or if they'll add more skills. I personally hope they add more skills that make the classes more diverse.

AFAIK this is what the role of Noel`s Soulmaker Detection skill.

Considering how people already think the Noel renders some of the other classes obsolete, and that everyone wants to be a"Loli"... There should be plenty, regardless.

I think that Transing(3rd jobs) will solve some balance problems and add a valuable combat capabilities for bottom tier ones.

This is quite impossible unless game have very deep and wide character build and equipment customisation capabilities. However this is have a bad consequence for the business as it increase "threshold of joining" at high lvl and will drive away many casuals.
