Alright, so here's a little question I've already asked on Facebook, but no one could really help me.
I've received a newsletter. The newsletter states "Be ready for April 25th!" with nothing further, only that. So yesterday I decided to look at it again and found out, that you can actually click on the picture (lol). It rooted me to the WP registration page. Welp, I thought, let's register. And it was then I realized that OBT was already closed. So now I wonder what the newsletter was about...?
For all those curious people, this is what I'm talking about: http://www.ragnaroke...013_ro2_en.html
So of course I thought that CBT/OBT will start on 25th April...and now I couldn't participate in any OBT events, because I didn't even know that the OBT is already running. Any clue what the newsletter wanted to tell me?

There is no EU server for the moment and the link redirects to Warpportal server.

Didn't redirect me to it. Tells me to get ready on April 25th. Says it's from GravityEU

Did you click on the picture? Because when I click on the picture it does redirect me to WarpPortal's Beta sign up page. Though that may be because I'm not in Europe...?

It is incorrect.
Ragnarok 2 will be available for North America, Europe, and Oceania, and is aiming to be released on May 1.

I know that RO2 is aiming for the May 1st. But that doesn't explain the newsletter, which made me unable to participate into OBT.
It's just confusing why the newsletter says something totally different. Isn't there any explanation for it? I mean, someone must've made it. =/
At least I will be able to play the game without having problems á la SEA version. That's something to look forward to!

The EU version is being handled by WarpPortal openly for now, and EU will get its own version in late 2013 or most likely some time in 2014.. The CEO of Gravity EU said that he is monitoring the NA version, and when the EU version does come around, the EU people will get the choice to stay with WarpPortal or move to their EU server. The EU server will also launch with the same version as WarpPortal when the time comes. It's kind of a partnership..
The reason for the incorrect date is because the EU team isn't directly affiliated with WarpPortal, so they got the times wrong.. In the CEO's interview for the EU Gravity, he said he thought the beta would start on the 15th, but it started on the 18th.
I hope that sums it up for ya..
