Can I transfer Warp Portal Energy/Points from one account to another account?

You can send WarpPortal Energy to another account by converting it into a Virtual Gift Card and redeeming it on the other account.

Genesis, I had searched Warp Portal's Knowledge Base for "Virtual Gift Cards" and nothing was found. I think I searched the Power Up area thoroughly. I cannot find Virtual Gift Cards.

Yes, I did not log in first before clicking on link, my mistake. But, that did not solve my problem. I would like to transfer existing Warp Portal energy from one account to another, not purchases more (at this time). Is that possible?

You do not have to purchase any WarpPortal Energy to create a Virtual Gift Card, it will use your existing balance (minimum of 1000 WP, anything less cannot be converted into a Virtual Gift Card). The "Buy Now" button name is a little misleading - if you click it, a confirmation box will be displayed telling you that WarpPortal Energy will be deducted. And like I said before, you can essentially "transfer" the energy by redeeming the gift card on any account that you choose.

To redeem the Virtual Gift Card, log in on the account of your choice, select "Power-Up" then select "Redeem WP Coupons".

If that doesn't solve your problem (e.g. you have less than 1000WP), you may have to send in a ticket to see if Customer Services can help you out.
