the hell is these all about? why is that i cant create an account for ro2:lots? is there some sort of qouta for playing this coming 1st of may? lol

Where are you from? If you're from one of the areas of the IP block, you can't create an account.

If you re from, Brazil, Phillipines, SEA regions, China, Japan, Indonesia, etc., you can't mke a RO2 account.
