I'm unable to gift anything to my other chars, everytime i try i get dc'ed. Anyone else having this problem?

Going to go ahead and confirm this. I tried gifting something to another character, and I got disconnected.

Thanks for posting about the issue. 
I'll have it looked in to immediately, but given the time of day and current work cut out for the day, you may have to go the weekend without any gifting.
