warp portal login annoyance

hi, i'm sick of seeing the following when I try to get into my warpportal account. Notice

Also, please download or upgrade Flash before you proceed, if not already present or wrong version is installed.

chrome, firefox, even IE get the same error message. javascript is enabled, as for flash it tells me

which is the most current version available. i'm at a loss.

If you follow the link they give you though the version is "Adobe Shockwave Player 12.0.2.122" to be downloaded.

That would make your current one out of date and thus the need to update :)

not sure why they give a link to shockwave when the error message pertains to Flash.


EDIT: so just to be sure I went ahead and installed shockwave player and as expected, I still get the same error message.

My phone had this same issue then when I came back it was randomly working. I then noticed it said that after the initial log in, but when I clicked another link (like account information) it loaded fine.

Have you tried clicking around to see if the links work and it is just that one page giving the trouble?

Or is it literally preventing you from even logging in?

the problem in the past had cleared itself up before (must have been on their end). tried to login again just now and still get the same message. It is preventing me from logging in. the page is at the portal login link https://www.warpport...ount/login.aspx

Darn, I do believe it is definitely on their side then.

I submitted two tech tickets in the past couples days and had them answered pretty quickly. I'd say try your luck there and hopefully they can help!
