Greetings

I just recently started playing iRO again while waiting for iRO 2. I added the game account to my warpportal account and have been playing just fine for a few days until today when I patched the game, logged on and my characters were missing. I exited out and made sure I logged onto the right client for the renewal server and they were still gone. Then I got a clientinfo.exe error so I reinstalled RO , repatched, logged back in and everything was fine.

However when I went to my warpportal account and viewed my bound accounts, the iRO one was gone. I was easily able to rebound it but just wanted to know if anyone has heard of this happening before or something similar? And do I need to worry about the account vanishing again?
