wait so some people said that EQ is reduced by DR but i thought that in Renewal DR doesnt reduce it but GR does. Is this true?
They both reduce the damage but they are different types of reduction.(ie not stacked additively) Just like pasana and jakk cards' reductions.

DR increases and/or reduces damage taken from any source (magical, physical).hmm, ok. that is interesting that DR reduces it cuz it says that EQ is a magical attack haha despite the fact that is neutral property

Any source affected by % reductions*
Aka not landmines/dragon breath/warg strike/suicidal destruction
but yeah other than that you're correct

Does that mean he normally does like 2mil per hit from earthquake?
Always thought eq ignored reducs in renewal except for GR.

blinding mist doesn't work on AoE damage though right? so wouldn't it be ineffective vs. EQ

And not only magic, any single target skill has a high chance to fail when the target is on BM

should note that the other status ailments of blinding mist have no effect on boss property monsters so i'm not sure if they would be affected by this either.
